We are seeking a mid-level real estate associate to join a national firm’s real estate practice. The role is open to candidates based in Century City, Dallas, or Los Angeles and will focus on commercial real estate financing and lender work.

Typical responsibilities include representing lenders on financings, drafting and negotiating loan documents, and conducting title and survey diligence. The team handles sophisticated financing matters across the U.S., working closely with deal teams and clients.

4-6 years of transactional real estate experience (PQE).
Demonstrated experience with real estate financing, lender representation, and loan-document drafting.
Practical experience in title and survey review and related diligence.
Strong academic credentials and excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
