Mid-Level Associate, Real Estate Transactions — Washington, DC

A growing real estate transactions team seeks a mid-level associate to support complex commercial real estate matters. The role focuses on real estate financings, joint ventures, acquisitions and dispositions across a range of asset classes including office, multifamily, industrial, retail and hospitality.

Ideal candidates will join a collaborative, cross-practice environment and work on sophisticated borrower- and lender-side financings and transactional deals. Strong drafting, deal-management and client-facing skills are essential.

• JD (Class of 2022–2023) with outstanding academic credentials
• Substantial transactional experience in complex real estate financings, joint ventures, acquisitions and dispositions
• Experience across various asset classes (office, multifamily, industrial, retail, hospitality)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong deal execution ability
• Bar admission or ability to obtain admission promptly
