3+ years of transferable transactional legal experience (3–6 years preferred)
Experience documenting, negotiating, and closing finance transactions (asset-based, real estate, or cash‑flow lending) preferred
Strong drafting skills, attention to detail, and solid academic credentials
Admission to the Illinois Bar or eligibility to become licensed in Illinois; willing to be based in Chicago or relocate
