Apply in confidence →Top-tier international litigation team is seeking a mid-level associate (3–5 years' experience) to support securities litigation, SEC enforcement matters, class actions, product liability and complex commercial disputes across U.S. offices. The role sits on the dispute resolution team and will work on high‑stakes, cross‑border matters alongside senior litigators.
Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting pleadings, managing discovery, briefing and arguing motions, and preparing for and taking/defending depositions. Candidates will join a large-firm litigation practice with significant courtroom and regulatory exposure.
Applicants must be admitted to the California Bar and able to work in U.S. litigation matters. The firm values strong academic credentials, excellent writing and analytical skills, and a commitment to teamwork and client service. - 3–5 years of litigation experience at a large law firm (U.S.-focused litigation preferred)
- Admission and good standing in the California Bar
- Proven experience drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, briefing motions, and preparing for depositions; experience taking/defending depositions preferred
- Strong academic record, excellent legal writing and oral advocacy skills
- Federal clerkship or comparable judicial experience is a plus
