Top-tier international litigation team is seeking a mid-level associate (3–5 years' experience) to support securities litigation, SEC enforcement matters, class actions, product liability and complex commercial disputes across U.S. offices. The role sits on the dispute resolution team and will work on high‑stakes, cross‑border matters alongside senior litigators.

Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting pleadings, managing discovery, briefing and arguing motions, and preparing for and taking/defending depositions. Candidates will join a large-firm litigation practice with significant courtroom and regulatory exposure.

Applicants must be admitted to the California Bar and able to work in U.S. litigation matters. 3–5 years of litigation experience at a large law firm (U.S.-focused litigation preferred)
Admission and good standing in the California Bar

Strong academic record, excellent legal writing and oral advocacy skills
Federal clerkship or comparable judicial experience is a plus
