Mid-level associate opportunity in a major New York finance group focused on digital infrastructure transactions. The team is seeking counsel with core finance expertise and demonstrable experience on data center financing and related digital infrastructure matters.

The role offers structured onboarding and mentoring tailored to laterals, a hybrid working model, and participation in a robust professional development and pro bono program. This position may be eligible for a discretionary year-end bonus.

• 4–6 years post-qualification experience, with class years roughly 2020–2022
• Direct experience on data center financing required; broader digital infrastructure transaction experience preferred
• Strong finance and lending background (project finance, structured finance or similar)
• High academic achievement and solid prior law firm experience
