Mid‑Level Investment Management Associate — New York

Seeking a mid-level associate to join a national private funds practice focused on private equity and hedge fund formation and structuring. The role involves lead drafting and negotiation of fund documents and ancillary agreements across co-investments, secondary transactions, and GP-led liquidity solutions, including continuation funds.

The team advises sophisticated sponsors and institutional investors on complex transactions. This position offers meaningful deal responsibility, client-facing work, and the chance to join a broad, well-established investment funds platform.

• 4–5 years post-qualification experience in private funds or investment management work
• Experience structuring and documenting private equity and hedge funds
• Familiarity with co-investments, secondary transactions and GP-led solutions (including continuation funds)
• Strong drafting, negotiation skills and commercial judgment; ability to manage complex transactions and interact directly with sponsors and institutional investors
• Juris Doctor (or equivalent) and admitted (or eligible) to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction
