Apply in confidence →A US Banking & Finance team is hiring mid‑level to senior associates for mortgage finance and securitization work. The role focuses on securitizations, warehouse financings and related structured finance transactions, with a strong preference for candidates who have worked with residential mortgage loans or other consumer assets.
Appointments are available across multiple US offices (Charlotte, Chicago, Houston, Los Angeles, New York, San Francisco or Washington, D.C.). The role is eligible for the firm's annual bonus program and a comprehensive benefits package; compensation details are handled separately.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in structured finance, securitization or related transactions
- Experience with warehouse financing and/or mortgage‑backed/consumer‑asset transactions strongly preferred
- Licensed to practice in the US and able to sit in one of the listed US offices
- Strong transactional drafting, analytical skills and experience working on lender‑side matters
