Our US Banking and Finance practice seeks mid-level to senior associates with 3+ years of experience to support our mortgage finance group. The role involves securitization, warehouse financing, and related structured finance transactions, with a strong preference for candidates experienced in residential mortgage loans or other consumer assets.

Support sophisticated structured finance transactions, including securitizations and warehouse facilities.
Work on deals involving residential mortgage loans and other consumer assets.
Collaborate with colleagues across the firm's national Banking and Finance practice.

This position is available in multiple US offices, including Charlotte, Chicago, Houston, Los Angeles, New York, San Francisco, and Washington, D.C. Qualified candidates will have strong academic credentials and relevant law firm experience. Bar admission or eligibility in the relevant office is required.

3+ years of experience in securitization, warehouse financing, or other structured finance transactions.
