Mid‑level to senior associate opportunity in a busy US banking and finance team focused on structured finance and securitization work. The role involves advising on securitizations, warehouse financings and related structured transactions across consumer‑asset pools, with a strong preference for candidates who have handled residential mortgage loan portfolios.

Positions are open across multiple US offices (including Charlotte, Chicago, Houston, Los Angeles, New York, San Francisco and Washington, D.C.). The role is eligible for an annual bonus and a full benefits package. Candidates should expect transaction‑driven, lender‑side work for banks, funds and other financial institutions.

Minimum 3 years of US transactional experience in securitization/structured finance
Demonstrable experience with warehouse financing and securitizations
Experience with residential mortgage loans or other consumer assets strongly preferred
Active US law license and strong drafting and deal‑management skills
Ability to work across offices and manage multiple transactions and deadlines
