This role focuses on securitization, warehouse financing, and other structured finance transactions. Experience with residential mortgage loans or other consumer assets is strongly preferred.
This position offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated transactions within a collaborative national platform, with placement available in multiple U.S. offices.
- 3+ years of experience in securitization, warehouse financing, and related structured finance transactions
- Experience with residential mortgage loans or other consumer assets strongly preferred
- Strong academic credentials and sophisticated law firm transactional experience
- Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction (or ability to become admitted promptly)
