Mid‑level to senior associate opportunity to join a US mortgage finance/securitization team. The role supports structured finance matters including securitizations, warehouse facilities and mortgage origination transactions across commercial and residential assets.

The practice is collaborative and hires for multiple U.S. offices (candidates may be based in any major U.S. office). The team advises banks, sponsors and other financial institutions on complex structured finance and SPV financing matters.

4 9 years of post-qualification/associate-level experience in securitization, asset-backed or mortgage finance transactions (warehouse financing, SPV financings, mortgage origination experience preferred).
Transactional experience at a national or international law firm and strong academic credentials.
Excellent drafting, negotiation and client-facing skills; ability to work collaboratively across offices.
