The successful candidate will have experience in one or more of the following: mortgage origination, warehouse financing, securitization, and related transactions involving commercial and residential mortgage loans.
This is an opportunity to work on sophisticated structured finance matters within a collaborative national practice.
- 3+ years of experience in mortgage finance, including mortgage origination, warehouse financing, securitization, or related structured finance transactions
- Experience with commercial and/or residential mortgage loans
- Strong academic credentials and sophisticated law firm and transaction experience
- Admission to the bar (or eligibility to obtain admission) in the relevant office location
