Growing U.S. structured finance team seeks a mid‑to‑senior level associate to support securitizations, warehouse financings and related mortgage finance matters. The role will cover collateralized transactions involving residential and commercial mortgage assets and other consumer asset classes.

Positions are open across multiple U.S. offices (including Charlotte, Chicago, Houston, Los Angeles, New York, Northern California and Washington, D.C.). The team is collaborative and supports cross‑office work; candidates should be comfortable on sophisticated, market‑driven financings.

4–8 years' post‑qualification transactional experience at a law firm (structured finance/securitization focus)
Demonstrable experience with securitization and warehouse financing transactions
Experience with residential mortgage loans or other consumer assets strongly preferred
Strong academic credentials and sophisticated deal experience
US bar admission or eligibility to obtain admission promptly
