The successful candidate will have experience in securitization, warehouse financing, and other related structured finance transactions. Experience with residential mortgage loans or other consumer assets is strongly preferred.
We are looking to add lawyers to sit in any of Charlotte, Chicago, Houston, Los Angeles, New York, San Francisco, or Washington, D.C.
- 3+ years of experience in securitization, warehouse financing, and other structured finance transactions
- Experience with residential mortgage loans or other consumer assets strongly preferred
- Strong law school academic credentials and relevant sophisticated law firm and transaction experience
- Bar admission (or eligibility to obtain admission promptly) in the home office location required
