- 3+ years of US law firm experience in structured finance, securitization or mortgage finance
- Experience with securitization and warehouse financing; experience with residential mortgage loans or other consumer assets strongly preferred
- Strong academic credentials and demonstrable transaction experience
- Active U.S. bar admission and ability to practice in the United States
