Opportunity: A leading Am Law 50 firm with a premier Banking & Finance practice seeks a mid-level to senior associate (3+ years) to support its structured finance and securitization practice.

Responsibilities:

Handle securitization, warehouse financing, and other structured finance transactions
Focus on residential mortgage loans and consumer assets preferred
Collaborate with a dynamic, multi-office team

Qualifications:

3+ years of relevant, sophisticated law firm transaction experience
Experience with asset-backed securities and related structured finance matters
Strong academic credentials
Admission to practice in the U.S.

Locations: Open to candidates based in Charlotte, Chicago, Houston, Los Angeles, New York, San Francisco, or Washington, D.C. (other U.S. offices considered).
