Top-tier national law firm seeks a junior to mid-level Patent Litigation Associate to join its Dallas IP litigation team. The role focuses on patent litigation matters, including both offensive and defensive infringement actions across technology-driven industries.

Successful candidates will join a team that handles complex technical disputes for clients in sectors such as telecommunications, software/hardware, financial services and manufacturing. The position offers hands-on litigation work — drafting pleadings and motions, participating in discovery and depositions, and collaborating with technical experts.

Junior to mid-level associate (entry-level through mid-career; exact years flexible)
Experience or strong interest in patent litigation (courtroom and/or litigation support experience a plus)
Technical background or advanced degree in engineering, computer science or related field preferred
Strong briefing, analytical and oral advocacy skills; comfortable working with technical experts
Active bar admission (or eligibility) and ability to practice in the relevant jurisdiction
