Patent Litigation Associate — Intellectual Property, London

London-based opportunity for a patent litigation associate to join a global law firm's established IP litigation team. The role involves running and supporting UK patent disputes, technical analysis, evidence preparation, strategy and case management on complex, often cross-border matters.

Work will focus on technology and life sciences clients, with exposure to multi-jurisdictional coordination and other IP work (trade marks, designs, copyright) and occasional transactional/advisory matters. This is a full-time, permanent role with hybrid working.

• Qualified solicitor (England & Wales) or barrister.
• Typically 3–7 years' PQE in patent litigation (mid‑senior level); all levels considered on merit.
• Proven experience in UK patent litigation, ideally from a leading international or specialist IP practice.
• Scientific or technical background preferred (life sciences, chemistry, engineering, computer science, physics).
• Strong analytical and drafting skills, ability to handle technically complex material and to work collaboratively on cross‑border matters.
