Patent Litigation Associate — San Francisco

Seeking a junior to mid-level Patent Litigation Associate to join a national firm's San Francisco intellectual property litigation team. The role involves handling all phases of patent disputes, including case strategy, motion practice, discovery management, claim construction, and trial support in both offensive and defensive matters.

Candidates will work on technically complex matters across industries such as telecommunications, software/hardware, financial services and manufacturing. The team values attorneys who can quickly learn technical subject matter and who contribute to practical, cost-conscious litigation solutions for clients.

• Junior to mid-level associate (candidate indicated as junior or mid-level)
• Experience in patent litigation (drafting briefs, claim construction, discovery, depositions)
• Strong written and oral advocacy skills and comfort working on technically complex technologies
• Juris Doctor and admission to the relevant state bar; technical or scientific background preferred
