Trade Secrets Associate — San Francisco

A leading firm is seeking a lateral associate to join its Trade Secrets team in San Francisco. The role focuses on complex trade secret, restrictive covenant, unfair competition, and other technology-related commercial disputes.

The ideal candidate has strong litigation experience, including drafting substantive motions, managing discovery, and taking or defending depositions. Candidates in law school class years 2019 through 2023 are encouraged to apply.

Excellent academic credentials, writing skills, and prior experience at a peer law firm are required. Technical or scientific backgrounds and judicial clerkship experience are valued but not required.
