Associate, Trade Secrets — San Francisco

We are seeking an associate to join a national intellectual property litigation team focused on trade secrets, restrictive covenants, unfair competition and technology-related commercial disputes. The role offers substantial courtroom and motion practice exposure on high‑stakes matters.

Ideal candidates will have strong litigation experience handling discovery, drafting substantive motions, and taking or defending depositions. Excellent academic credentials, superior writing skills, and prior experience at a peer law firm are required. Technical or scientific backgrounds and prior judicial clerkships are a plus.

• Law school graduation year 2019–2023 (or equivalent)
• Substantive commercial litigation experience, including drafting motions and managing discovery
• Experience taking or defending depositions
• Excellent academic record and strong legal writing
• Prior experience at a comparable law firm
• Technical/scientific background or judicial clerkship valued but not required
