Join a global law firm’s US innovation team as a Practice Innovation Attorney based in Houston (hybrid). The role focuses on integrating artificial intelligence and legal technology into attorney workflows, piloting new tools, and providing hands-on “AI as a Service” support to lawyers and business teams.

You will partner with practice groups and cross-functional teams to design and deploy AI workflows and playbooks, lead training and adoption efforts, curate best-practice resources, and analyze usage data to prioritize initiatives. The position involves solution development, responsive user support, and participation in firm-wide and international innovation projects.

Juris Doctor (JD) required.
Approximately 2 years of relevant post-qualification experience as an attorney, legal researcher, or legal technologist in a legal environment.
Practical fluency with legal technologies, particularly generative AI/large language models, automation, and research platforms.
Experience designing or implementing technology solutions and delivering training to drive user adoption.
Strong communication, facilitation, collaboration, organization, and problem-solving skills.
