Restructuring & Special Situations Finance Associate

Seeking a finance associate with 0–6 years of experience to join a market-leading business restructuring and reorganization practice. The role involves representing creditors and borrowers in liability management transactions, debtor-in-possession financings, bankruptcy exit financings, and special situations financings. Associates will work on high-profile, senior capital structure matters for hedge funds, CLOs, private equity funds, and other financial institutions in both chapter 11 cases and out-of-court restructurings.

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the state bar in the jurisdiction of practice.
• 0–6 years of experience in restructuring and finance, with a focus on liability management, DIP financings, exit financings, and special situations.
• Strong analytical, drafting, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
