Join a global law firm’s Los Angeles-based innovation team as a Practice Innovation Attorney focused on integrating artificial intelligence and other emerging technologies into legal practice. You will help design, pilot, and operationalize AI-driven workflows and tools that improve attorney productivity and client outcomes.

The role combines solution development, training and change management, and hands-on “AI as a Service” user support. You will partner with practice teams and cross-functional stakeholders to identify high-value use cases, deploy tailored solutions and playbooks, and measure adoption and impact.

The position supports firmwide innovation initiatives and may collaborate with international offices; occasional work outside standard U.S. hours may be required.

J.D. required.
At least 2 years’ experience as a practicing attorney, legal researcher, or legal technologist in a legal environment.
Experience with AI/GenAI, automation, and advanced legal research technologies; ability to translate technical capabilities into practical legal workflows.
Strong communication and training experience, collaborative mindset, and ability to provide hands-on user support.
