Media Litigation Associate — Midlevel

Mid-level associate opportunity on a nationally recognized media and technology litigation team. The role involves handling First Amendment, Section 230, regulatory enforcement, and other media-technology cases that address novel constitutional and platform-related issues.

You will have substantial responsibility drafting briefs, conducting legal research and motion practice, and collaborating closely with senior lawyers to represent major technology and media clients in high-profile matters. • 4–6 years of litigation experience, ideally with First Amendment, media, or technology-related matters
• Excellent legal research, analytical and writing skills
