Private Equity Associate

Our client, a leading international law firm, is seeking a talented mid-level associate to join its market-leading Private Equity practice in Boston. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex, high-profile transactions in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

• Advise private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies on a wide range of corporate and transactional matters, including leveraged buyouts, minority investments, and growth equity transactions.
• Draft and negotiate transaction documents, manage due diligence processes, and coordinate with other practice areas.
• Work closely with senior associates and partners in a team-oriented culture that values professional development and mentorship.

• Minimum of 2–5 years of private equity and M&A experience at a large or mid-sized law firm.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and client management skills.
• Excellent academic credentials and admission to the Massachusetts Bar (or ability to become admitted promptly).
