Private Equity M&A – Junior Associate

Our client, a premier law firm, seeks a highly qualified 2025-class associate to join its Private Equity practice in Boston. This role offers the opportunity to work on private M&A and growth equity transactions within a collaborative, collegial, and entrepreneurial environment.

Ideal candidates will bring:

• Some experience or a demonstrated interest in private M&A and growth equity transactions, including a basic understanding of the due diligence process, ancillary workstreams, and managing signing/closing processes.
• Strong judgment, proactive communication, and the ability to effectively manage relationships with internal teams, external clients, and counsel.
• Outstanding academic credentials, comparable law firm experience, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Relevant bar admission (or eligibility to obtain admission promptly) and a strong deal sheet.

• Class of 2025 (or equivalent experience level).
• Some experience or demonstrated interest in private M&A and growth equity transactions.
• Basic understanding of due diligence, ancillary workstreams, and signing/closing processes.
• Strong judgment, proactive communication, and client relationship management skills.
• Outstanding academic credentials and comparable law firm experience.
