Our client, a leading global law firm with an active private equity practice, is seeking a resource attorney to support its PE group. This role focuses on enhancing attorney efficiency and knowledge—no client work or billable hours involved.

Responsibilities include managing experience data, drafting and organizing forms and precedents, monitoring legal developments, developing internal resources, coordinating training, supporting marketing initiatives (including a PE blog), and partnering with innovation and knowledge management teams.

Qualifications include being a licensed attorney with 7+ years of US PE corporate/transactional experience. Ideal candidates have a solid grasp of private equity fundamentals, including M&A, portfolio company management, partnership-based equity compensation and related tax issues, acquisition financing, and general corporate matters. Strong drafting, communication, and organizational skills are essential.
