Our attorneys are organized into Business and Litigation departments, supported by dedicated resource attorneys who enhance efficiency and knowledge sharing across practice groups. Resource attorneys do not bill time or work directly with clients.
In this role, you will support our Private Equity practice group by managing experience data, curating forms and precedents, monitoring legal developments, maintaining internal practice resources, coordinating training content, and collaborating with marketing, innovation, and knowledge management teams.
We are seeking a licensed attorney with at least 7 years of experience in a US private equity corporate/transactional practice. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in private equity, including M&A, portfolio company management, partnership-based equity compensation and related tax issues, acquisition financing, and general corporate matters. Strong drafting, communication, and organizational skills are essential.
A successful resource attorney will demonstrate mastery of private equity, knowledge of key industry sectors, excellent communication and drafting abilities, strong presentation skills, and a proactive, team-oriented approach.
