• Strong experience in private equity transactions, including buyouts, growth equity, and exits.
• Exposure to a broad range of PE matters, such as acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, and portfolio company work.
• Ability to lead workstreams on complex, cross-border transactions.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and client-facing skills.
• Commercial awareness and a proactive, team-oriented approach.
• Strong academic background and relevant legal qualifications.
