We are seeking a Private Wealth Associate with four to eight years of experience to join our national practice. This role offers flexibility across multiple offices, including virtual options, with a strong preference for candidates based in select major cities. The ideal candidate will focus on sophisticated estate planning and drafting, trust and estate administration, estate and gift tax, and charitable planning.

Working with attorneys across our Financial Services & Capital Markets strategic industry group, you will handle complex matters in a collaborative, multi-office environment. We value exceptional judgment, strong interpersonal skills, and a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects under pressure. Prior law firm experience is required, along with excellent academic credentials and an active bar license in the state where you will work (or a commitment to obtain one promptly).

4–8 years of experience in private wealth or trusts & estates
Experience with estate planning, trust and estate administration, estate and gift tax, and charitable giving
Prior law firm experience required
Active bar license in the relevant state or commitment to obtain one promptly

Ability to manage multiple projects and articulate legal strategies effectively
