Products and Mass Tort Litigation Staff Attorney

Our client, a prominent law firm, seeks an experienced attorney for its Houston office to join its Products and Mass Tort Litigation practice group as a non-partnership track staff attorney. The role focuses on handling mass tort and/or toxic tort dockets, with exposure to both state and federal Texas courts.

This is a benefits-eligible position with a billable hour expectation of approximately 1500 hours per year. Texas bar membership is required.

Ideal candidates will have at least five years of litigation experience, with a demonstrated focus on mass tort or toxic tort matters.

• Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience
• Experience handling mass tort and/or toxic tort dockets
• Experience practicing in both Texas state and federal courts
• Active Texas bar membership
