Apply in confidence →Join a multidisciplinary analytics team as a Project Attorney focused on eDiscovery and contract review projects. This role combines legal experience with data, machine learning and AI tools to manage complex document-review and analytics engagements for litigation and transactional matters. The position is open to candidates remote across the United States.
You will lead project intake and planning, select and apply review technologies (TAR, advanced analytics, Gen AI), manage budgets and workflows, supervise review teams and vendors, and deliver clear status reports to stakeholders. The role emphasizes process improvement, mentoring, and collaboration with lawyers, technologists and vendors.
- Juris Doctor and active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
- 2–6 years' post-qualification experience, with practice or project-lead experience preferred.
- Significant hands-on eDiscovery/document review experience and familiarity with TAR, review platforms and litigation support tools.
- Experience leading and supervising small and large review teams; strong project management and budgeting skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, strong organization, and proficiency with spreadsheets and office software.
