The role combines legal project management with hands-on document review, due diligence, contract drafting/review, and audit work across M&A, emerging companies, and infrastructure/energy transactions.
You'll lead project intake, staffing, budgeting, workflow planning and execution, and work closely with deal teams, vendors, and clients to deliver efficient, tech-enabled outcomes using machine learning and generative AI tools.
The team emphasizes process improvement, collaboration, and practical use of legal tech to streamline transactional workflows.
- Juris Doctor and admission to practice in good standing in a U.S. jurisdiction
- 2–6 years’ relevant post-qualification experience, including project lead or supervisory roles
- Experience with due diligence, contract review, document review platforms and eDiscovery workflows (TAR/technology-assisted review preferred)
- Strong project management, communication, writing, and team-supervision skills; proficiency with spreadsheets and common office software
