Join a national market-leading Litigation & Disputes team and act for prominent institutional landlords, property owners, and managers across Australia. You will handle a diverse and challenging mix of property and leasing disputes, delivering strategic, commercially focused outcomes.

This role offers significant client exposure, increasing responsibility, and strong partner support and mentorship. You will manage matters from strategy through to resolution, with opportunities to appear in State and Federal Courts and specialist tribunals.

We are seeking an Associate or Junior Senior Associate with at least 3 years' post-admission experience in commercial litigation, disputes, or property litigation. Ideal candidates will have court appearance experience, strong drafting skills, and a client-focused, collaborative approach.

At least 3 years' post-admission experience in commercial litigation, disputes, or property litigation
Experience managing a variety of disputes, ideally including property and leasing matters
Court appearance experience and confidence engaging in litigation processes
Strong drafting skills across pleadings, affidavits, witness statements, and other evidentiary material
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and legal research capabilities
Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to manage multiple matters and competing priorities
Client-focused approach with strong relationship management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Collaborative mindset with willingness to mentor junior team members
Proactive attitude, commercial awareness, and commitment to high-quality outcomes
