Our client, a prominent law firm, seeks a Real Estate Associate to join its Denver office. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in real estate transactional work and will handle all phases of transactions, from structuring and term sheet negotiation through diligence, title and survey review, approvals, closings, and post-closing matters.

Juris Doctor (JD) required; must be licensed to practice law in Colorado.
Strong research and writing skills with a strong academic record.
Team player with a collaborative approach and high motivation.
Law firm experience preferred.
Experience in acquisitions, sales, leasing, financing, zoning, land use, construction, tax appeals and condemnation, easements, subdivisions, common interest communities, and local government matters is preferred.
Experience structuring and negotiating financing transactions, including real estate-secured loans, bridge and construction financings, joint ventures, capital partnerships, preferred equity, and deferred purchase price structures, is preferred.
