Our client, a leading national law firm, is seeking a mid-level associate to join its highly regarded Real Estate Finance practice in multiple offices nationwide. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with 3–5 years of experience in commercial real estate lending, including representing lenders and investors in a broad range of transactions.

The ideal candidate will have strong drafting and negotiation skills, experience with loan origination, mezzanine financing, and/or CMBS transactions, and a demonstrated ability to manage deals independently. The role offers a dynamic, collaborative environment with a sophisticated real estate platform and a clear path to growth.

Key responsibilities include:

Structuring, documenting, and negotiating commercial real estate loans and related agreements.
Conducting due diligence and title review.
Coordinating with clients, borrowers, and other parties.
Supporting senior attorneys in complex financing matters.

Qualifications:

JD from an ABA-accredited law school with strong academic credentials.
Admission to, or eligibility for admission in, the state where the office is located.
3–5 years of real estate finance experience.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
