Our firm, a national law practice with multiple U.S. locations, seeks a Real Estate Land Use Associate with a minimum of five years of experience. The role is based in Austin, Dallas, or Houston, with consideration for our virtual office. Candidates must reside in Texas and hold an active Texas bar license.

You will handle complex land use matters, including zoning and planning, land-use entitlements, variances, platting and subdivision, city development contracts, and land development codes. Attendance at in-person zoning and planning meetings is required.
