- Juris Doctor (JD)
- 1–3 years' relevant experience in fund formation or investment funds transactions
- Experience drafting and negotiating fund organizational documents and investor side letters; coordinating investor closings
- Strong drafting, analytical, organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and travel as required; comfortable with hybrid working model
- Direct experience at an AmLaw 100 law firm preferred
