Qualified lawyer admitted in Germany (Rechtsanwalt/Rechtsanwältin).
Proven experience in tax law with significant exposure to M&A and transaction structuring.
Strong knowledge of German tax law and familiarity with cross-border tax issues.
Excellent drafting and advisory skills; fluent German and professional English.
Team-oriented, client-focused mindset and ability to manage multiple matters.
