Corporate Associate — M&A (Munich)

Leading international, US-headquartered law firm is seeking Associates for its Corporate team in Munich with a focus on M&A. You will work on cross-border corporate transactions and collaborate with teams across offices in a global practice.

The role suits candidates who have completed legal training in Germany and who are comfortable in an international, English-speaking environment. The team offers structured training, mentoring and regular team events within a collaborative practice.

• German legal qualification (Staatsexamen) with very good academic results
• Practical experience in corporate/M&A (e.g. internships, Referendariat) is desirable but not mandatory
• Very good English skills; other languages a plus
• Team-oriented, commercially minded, motivated and creative
