Senior Associate, Derivatives (London)

Senior Associate role within a busy derivatives practice in London, handling complex cross‑product transactions and regulatory matters. The team advises on a broad range of derivatives work and acts for market counterparties on high‑quality, technical mandates.

You will be expected to run deals with a high degree of autonomy, draft and negotiate confirmations and ancillary agreements, support industry‑standard opinions and contribute to developing the practice. The role involves frequent engagement with clients, counterparties and internal stakeholders in a collaborative, market‑facing team.

• Qualified lawyer with 4+ years' PQE.
• Strong technical knowledge of derivatives products, markets and relevant financial regulation.
• Proven experience drafting and negotiating derivatives documentation and managing transactions end‑to‑end.
• Experience liaising directly with clients and counterparties; excellent communication and teamworking skills.
