Join a national employment team as a Senior Associate handling a varied mix of contentious and non-contentious employment work. You will advise employer clients across sectors such as higher education, logistics, technology, retail and financial services, and manage matters from initial advice through to tribunal representation and transactional support.

The role offers a broad caseload including Employment Tribunal claims, disciplinary and grievance matters, discrimination and whistleblowing issues, restructures and redundancy processes, policy and contract work, and employment elements of corporate transactions. You will work within a collaborative regional and national network, with opportunities to contribute to business development and take real ownership of client relationships.

Minimum 5 years' PQE in employment law with experience in both contentious and non-contentious matters
Proven ability to manage cases from advice to resolution, including tribunal advocacy
Strong drafting and advisory skills on policies, contracts and redundancy processes
Client-focused, proactive, and comfortable contributing to business development and supporting team growth
