Join a busy private equity team in London advising on upper mid‑market buyouts, MBOs, LBOs, auction sales, growth and public‑to‑private transactions, and corporate work for PE‑backed companies. This role offers regular deal leadership with partner support and involvement in business development and thought leadership.

The successful candidate will manage transaction workstreams, draft and negotiate key PE documentation, supervise junior lawyers and contribute to pitching and client relationship activity. The role suits an English‑qualified solicitor or an equivalent foreign‑qualified lawyer with a predominantly PE transactional background.

5+ years PQE in private equity or comparable transactional experience
Proven experience leading PE transactions (LBOs, MBOs, buyouts, public‑to‑privates)

Demonstrable ability to supervise and develop junior lawyers and contribute to business development
