Join a global law firm’s Innovation, Design & Technology team to act as the business-facing innovation lead for the Corporate practice. You will work with partners, lawyers and clients to identify opportunities for technology-enabled improvements, design solutions and support delivery of pilots and rollouts.

The role has a strong focus on embedding GenAI into corporate workflows, supporting complex use cases, delivering training and coaching, and helping teams adopt future-ready operating and delivery models. You will operate in a matrix structure and collaborate with multidisciplinary technical and legal teams.

Minimum 4 years PQE in a major corporate transactional practice.
Practical experience leading improvement/change projects and driving adoption of legal technology (strong GenAI experience).
Comfortable engaging directly with clients and senior stakeholders; able to translate needs into requirements and business cases.
Familiarity with Agile/SCRUM delivery, piloting/proof-of-concept work, and training/coaching lawyers.
Strong communication skills for legal and technical audiences; organised and able to manage multiple projects concurrently.
