We are seeking a Senior IP Trademark Paralegal to support our Trademark Portfolio Services department within the Intellectual Property Practice Group. In this role, you will assist attorneys with all aspects of trademark portfolio management, enforcement, and IP due diligence.

Key responsibilities include preparing trademark and service mark applications, managing prosecution and maintenance filings, preparing Trademark Trial and Appeal Board filings, handling trademark record title updates, assisting with IP due diligence, conducting preliminary trademark clearance searches, preparing copyright registrations, and drafting correspondence to clients and local counsel. You will also keep attorneys informed of upcoming deadlines and coordinate client updates.

This position offers flexibility in work arrangements and can be based in any of several major U.S. cities.

Bachelor’s degree required
Minimum of 6+ years of trademark prosecution/maintenance experience in a law firm
Paralegal certificate strongly preferred
Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail
Advanced legal research and investigation skills
Proven ability to follow instructions and established procedures
Ability to prioritize workload, assignments, and client needs
Ability to adapt to change and balance competing demands in a fast-paced team environment
