Our client, a leading global law firm, seeks an experienced associate to join its Technology and Life Sciences practice. This role focuses on complex life sciences transactions and IP-related matters.

Draft and negotiate life sciences partnering, collaboration, and licensing agreements, including cross-border arrangements.
Support life sciences commercial agreements (supply/manufacturing, master services, research, and clinical trial agreements).
Provide IP transaction support for M&A, royalty monetization, and capital markets deals.
Work within a large law firm environment on sophisticated, multi-jurisdictional matters.

A scientific (undergraduate or graduate) degree and/or medical device experience is preferred but not required. Candidates must be admitted or eligible for prompt admission to the Maryland bar.

3+ years of experience in a large law firm environment, specifically in life sciences and technology transactions.
Strong drafting and negotiation skills for life sciences and commercial agreements.
Experience with IP transaction support in M&A or capital markets contexts.
Admission to or eligibility for prompt admission to the Maryland bar.
