A leading global law firm is seeking associates with 3+ years of large law firm experience to join its Technology & Life Sciences practice in Dallas.

The role focuses on life sciences transactions, including cross-border partnering, collaboration, and licensing agreements; commercial agreements such as supply and manufacturing, master services, research, and clinical trial agreements; and IP transaction support for M&A, royalty monetization, and capital markets.

An undergraduate or graduate science degree and/or medical device experience are preferred but not required. Candidates must be admitted or eligible for prompt admission to the Texas bar.

3+ years of experience in a large law firm environment
Experience with life sciences partnering, collaboration, and licensing agreements (cross-border)
Experience with life sciences commercial agreements (e.g., supply and manufacturing, master services, research, clinical trial)
Experience providing IP transaction support for M&A, royalty monetization, and capital markets
Admitted or eligible for prompt admission to the Texas bar
Science degree and/or medical device experience preferred but not required
