Senior Litigation Attorney – M&A Disputes

We are seeking a Senior Attorney to join our Business and Commercial Litigation subgroup, focusing on complex disputes arising from mergers and acquisitions.

This role is available in multiple offices across the United States and offers a hybrid work arrangement.

Key responsibilities include handling post-closing indemnity and representations & warranties insurance disputes, providing strategic counsel to clients, and delivering high-quality, timely work product.

• Minimum of 6 years' experience in M&A post-closing indemnity disputes and/or representations and warranties insurance disputes
• Experience with M&A transaction documentation and damages calculations
• Admitted to practice in the jurisdiction in which you are applying
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to produce accurate, timely work and manage competing demands
• Commitment to firm values and collaborative teamwork
• Hybrid work requiring regular in-office presence
