Join a market-leading Financial Services Disputes & Investigations team as a Senior or Managing Associate. The role offers varied, high-quality contentious work for a wide range of financial services clients, including high-value banking and recoveries matters, regulatory and fraud-related disputes, and specialist insolvency/receivership instructions.

You will run your own caseload, supervise junior team members, and contribute to commercial legal advice and risk-management projects for institutional clients. The team provides structured training, business development support and flexible working to help you develop into a sector specialist.

Qualified solicitor (SRA or equivalent) currently operating at Senior/Managing Associate level.
Proven experience running a contentious financial services or property litigation caseload; strong knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules and litigation process.
Experience of supervising or line-managing junior lawyers or paralegals.
Commercial awareness, good client-facing skills and some involvement in business development.
