Join a market-leading Financial Services Disputes & Investigations team with multiple UK offices. The team handles high-value and complex banking, investment and regulatory disputes, fraud, trade finance and receivership matters, acting for a broad range of financial services clients.

The role offers responsibility for running a varied contentious caseload, supervising more junior fee-earners, and providing strategic, commercially-focused advice. There are opportunities for client-facing work, bespoke training and participation in business development within an inclusive, well-supported team.

Qualified solicitor (SRA or Law Society registered) operating at Senior/Managing Associate level
Proven track record running a caseload of financial services or property litigation matters; strong knowledge of CPR and the civil litigation process
Experience in secured lending litigation, mortgage repossession or title rectification preferred; candidates with unsecured/secured debt recovery or broader recoveries experience also welcome
Experience supervising or line-managing junior lawyers and paralegals
Strong analytical, written and oral communication skills; able to manage competing priorities and deadlines
Commercial awareness with some exposure to business development and relationship management
