Apply in confidence →Experienced real estate lawyer sought for a Senior/Principal Associate role within a dedicated affordable housing and regeneration practice. You will advise on affordable housing ownership, development and investment matters for registered providers, local authorities and institutional investors across multi‑year projects.
The team sits inside a large national real estate practice and works closely with planning, construction, corporate, tax and finance colleagues. The practice is recognised in major legal directories for its affordable housing and regeneration work.
This role offers long‑term career progression, structured training and development, and hybrid working alongside exposure to high‑profile housing development, portfolio and investment transactions.
- Minimum 6 years' post‑qualification experience in property, development or affordable housing law.
- Proven experience on title due diligence, land acquisition, development agreements and portfolio transactions.
- Experience advising registered providers, local authorities and/or housing investors preferred.
- Strong drafting and commercial negotiation skills; ability to work cross‑functionally on complex transactions.
