An established UK real estate team is seeking a Senior Associate to join its dispute resolution practice. The role is available across multiple regional offices and involves managing a varied contentious property caseload, including landlord & tenant disputes, development‑related matters and possession/trespass proceedings.

Day‑to‑day work includes drafting pleadings and witness statements, attending hearings and mediations, handling enforcement and insolvency‑related property work, and collaborating with senior litigators on complex cases. There are opportunities for client contact, mentoring junior lawyers and contributing to business development and team training.

Qualified solicitor in England & Wales with c.5+ years' PQE in property litigation
Proven experience of County Court and First‑tier Tribunal proceedings
Strong technical knowledge of landlord & tenant law, dilapidations, forfeiture and related development disputes
Excellent drafting, advocacy and client‑facing skills; ability to manage a personal caseload
