We are seeking a transactional Construction lawyer (c.2–4 years post‑qualification) to join a national Projects & Construction team based in Birmingham. The role offers exposure to major infrastructure, development and sector‑specific projects across the UK, working alongside experienced practitioners on technically demanding mandates.

The post involves advising a broad mix of public and private sector clients on construction aspects of large programmes and developments, drafting and negotiating construction documentation and collaborating with colleagues across projects, real estate and regulatory teams to provide commercially focused advice.

2–4 years' PQE in transactional construction / projects work
Experience advising on construction aspects of infrastructure, development or energy projects
Strong drafting and negotiation skills on construction contracts and project agreements
Ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams and engage with public and private sector stakeholders
