Join a leading international Corporate / M&A team in Munich as a (Senior) Transaction Lawyer focused on project and transaction management. The role is embedded in the firm's Corporate / M&A practice and concentrates on coordinating cross‑border transactions, due diligence and closing processes.

You will manage and optimise due diligence workflows, use legal‑tech tools to support transactions, liaise directly with clients and work closely with deal teams and other matter‑optimisation specialists across Germany and internationally.

Degree in business law (e.g. LL.B., LL.M. or comparable) or equivalent legal qualification.
Business‑fluent German and English.
Initial exposure to M&A transactions and/or due diligence projects (internships, traineeships or first-role experience).
Strong organisational and project‑management skills; comfortable using legal technology and coordinating multi‑party processes.
Team player with an interest in international transactional work and complex cross‑border matters.
