Joining a highly regarded Health, Care and Public Law team, you will work closely with partners and senior lawyers across a varied public law litigation caseload, gaining exposure to Judicial Review proceedings, public law disputes, procurement litigation, and regulatory and governance matters.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting on a varied public law litigation caseload with appropriate supervision.
- Supporting senior lawyers and partners on Judicial Review, procurement, and wider public law disputes.
- Drafting legal documents including pleadings, witness statements, instructions to counsel, and client advice.
- Undertaking legal research and providing practical, commercially focused advice.
- Developing strong client relationships and acting as a trusted day-to-day contact.
- Supporting business development, marketing initiatives, and client training activities.
We are interested in hearing from qualified solicitors with NQ to approximately 3 years PQE, with litigation experience and an interest in public law, public sector, healthcare, or regulatory work. Previous exposure to Judicial Review, public law litigation, procurement litigation, professional regulatory matters, or advising public sector organisations would be advantageous but is not essential.

- Qualified solicitor (NQ to approximately 3 years PQE).
- Litigation experience through training contract, qualifying work experience, or post-qualification practice.
- Interest in public law, public sector, healthcare, or regulatory work.

- Previous exposure to Judicial Review, public law litigation, procurement litigation, professional regulatory matters, or advising public sector organisations is advantageous but not essential.
