Experience in banking & finance, with specialist experience or strong interest in securitisation, debt capital markets, derivatives or structured products
Excellent drafting, analytical and technical legal skills; proven ability to prepare transaction documents and public disclosure materials
Strong commercial judgment, client-service orientation and ability to build client relationships
Effective team player with an interest in business development and contributing to practice-group initiatives
Right to work in Australia (candidates must hold any required visas/approvals)
