The Role

You will advise on all aspects of corporate transactions, including public and private M&A, takeovers, disposals, private equity, venture capital, joint ventures and shareholder arrangements. Your responsibilities will include:

Drafting and negotiating key transaction documents
Providing advice on legal risk
Managing client relationships and collaborating with other advisers
Meeting key deadlines while delivering integrated service
Developing relationships with internal stakeholders and clients
Supporting business development activities
Mentoring junior team members and contributing to training

What We're Looking For

Australian or New Zealand legal admission
3-7 years' experience in a leading corporate M&A practice
Excellent academic record and attention to detail
Proactive, collaborative approach with the ability to work autonomously
Genuine passion for M&A and corporate transactions
Innovative mindset with curiosity about AI and emerging technologies

Australian or New Zealand legal admission
